Processing and Shipping of Orders
We offer free domestic ground shipping with every order more than $99.00.
- Please note that all orders are processed by our Customer Service Department the following business day of receipt of order and leave the warehouse between 1-3 business days of processing. Orders then leave the warehouse in the method of shipping chosen. Tracking information will be issued via email as sooon as the shipment is generated at the warehouse.
- If you have specific time constraints, please contact our Customer Service Department by telephone (805) 845-7459 or email email@example.com with specific requests and confirmation. We are happy to accommodate if possible. In the case, we are not able to meet your expedited shipping needs, you will be contacted immediately.
- If an order is shipped incomplete, the initial shipping option will be used and additional items will be sent at no additional charge (other than expedited options, at which case, additional charges may be incurred to customers). You will be contacted for confirmation prior to subsequent shipments for instructions.
- In case of a lost package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase date. No claims will be processed after that time.
