Shipping policy
- Please note that all orders are processed by our Customer Service Department the following business day of receipt of order.
- If you have very specific time constraints, please contact our Customer Service Department either by telephone (805)682-3200 or email sales@butterfliesandbikinis.com with specific requests and confirmation, we are happy to accommodate, if possible. In the case we are not able to meet your expedited shipping needs, you will be contacted immediately.
- If an order is shipped incomplete, the initial shipping option will be used and additional items will be sent at no additional charge (other than expedited options, at which case, additional charges may be incurred to customer). You will be contacted for confirmation prior to subsequent shipments for instructions.
- In case of a lost package, please contact us at sales@butterfliesandbikinis.com within 30 days of purchase date. No claims will be processed after that time.

| USPS Express | Delivers within 1-3 business day after leaving our warehouse, provides tracking and insurance, includes email notification. One day delivery depends on actual location shipped in U.S. and time of day order is received, may take 2 days. Tracking is available at www.usps.com |
| Federal Express Standard Overnight | Usually delivers the next business day by 5 p.m., after leaving our warehouse, provides tracking and email notification. Packages can be tracked by going to www.fedex.com. Please leave message in specified ‘message box’ when checking out with time constraints, you will be contacted for confirmation. In the case we are unable to deliver as ordered, an email will be sent stating so. If there is no reply, we will send as originally ordered. |

International Shipping Options

| USPS First Class International | Usually takes 10-21 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse, depending on country shipped to. This service is handled by US Postal until it arrives in designated country and then handled by the Postal Authority who then delivers it to you. Delivery confirmation is generated at time of departure of United States and then again at time of delivery. Insurance is not included with this option. |
| USPS Priority International | Delivers within 6-10 business days after leaving our warehouse. A reliable shipping option, provides tracking to major destinations and insurance. Email notification upon shipping is included in service. Tracking is available at www.usps.com. |
