Return/Exchange Policy

We at Butterflies and Bikinis want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the case you are not, you can do the following:


Exchange / Store Credit

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order based on Shipping and Tracking and return your merchandise to our Store with all the appropriate information filled out on the Return Authorization Form with the RA#. We must receive a completed Exchange Form with your returned/exchanged item within 10 days of your receipt. We do provide longer periods for purchases outside the US. Exchanges will receive full credit toward their exchanged Item(s) less original shipping fees. Store Credit will be kept on file and a simple email with instructions and specifics to sales@butterfliesnandbikinis.com is all that is needed for redemption. Please note: Shipping charges will be incurred on Exchanged Items and will be shipped USPS First Class. Additional shipping options are available per customer request and customers will be charged accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a Return Authorization form and # to be accepted.


To Receive a Refund

Returns to receive a Refund, please contact sales@butterfliesandbikinis.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#), download the Return Authorization Form, fill in the appropriate information along with the RA# and return your item(s) to the address listed on the Form. Returns will be accepted up to 15 days from the date of your purchase. You will be issued a full Refund credited to the same account of your purchase, less shipping charges from your original purchase less a 10% Restocking Fee. Returns received after 30 days will receive Store Credit only less shipping cost.


Important Note

Items Returned, Exchanged, or for Store Credit must be in NEW , unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place and protective shields in tact on swimsuit bottoms, with items properly folded.


Damaged Returns

Apparel which is NOT in new condition, and has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims


Defective Goods

We pride ourselves on offering swimwear produced in the highest quality but if for some reason you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately and we will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 30 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

Butterflies and Bikinis reserve the right to refuse service, Credit, and Exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account.

Sale items are final, but may be exchanged or for store credit, no refunds will be issued


Cancellation policy
