Exchange policy

We will be happy to exchange size or style as long as we are contacted by phone or email within 10 days from the date you received your order as long as it is returned unworn, unwashed and in new saleable condition with all tags and liners unaltered and intact. We must receive your exchange within 10 days form the date you originally received your order. Longer periods are given for purchases outside the US when notified.

return policy

All sales are final, no refunds but, you may receive Store Credit less shipping and handling charges to redeem at a later time. All returned items must be returned to Butterflies and Bikinis 10 days from the date you received your order based on postal tracking. All merchandise must have the tags attached and be in the new and unused condition.

In the unlikely event that you received an Item that was damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace that Item at no additional cost to you.

All defects or damages must be brought to our attention and issued a RETURN AUTHORIATION NUMBER within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.  

Cancellation policy
